Classic 'Trons
IK Multimedia's SampleTron boasts a collection of virtual vintage Mellotrons, Chamberlins, Optigans, Orchestrons, and more. "Trons" were ingenious keyboards made in the 60's that were the predecessors of today's samplers, with the capability of reproducing many natural sounds that were recorded on tapes or disks and activated by keys. SampleTron includes samples of rare "Trons" Dave has sampled for artists like Tom Waits, Crowded House, Smashing Pumpkins and many others. Brought to you from the personal archives of Dave Kerzner (CEO of Sonic Reality) SampleTron is full of vintage sounds!
