Warranties & Service:
When it comes to service, we're downright militant. While most other music retailers don't even have a service department, or merely ship your unit back to the factory, we have an on-site service department that is bigger than the service departments of most manufacturers! We have an entire staff of installation technicians, operational experts and factory authorized service techs ready to help you. In fact, we are factory authorized to repair over 95% of the products we sell. Plus, our turnaround time is the fastest in the industry. Of course, always remember to talk to your Sales Engineer. Their specialty is to find ways to keep you working if your gear does need repair.
